Juayita began her real estate career in 2003 then launching Gold Rush Realty in 2008 in Buford, Georgia. As the owner of Gold Rush Realty, Juayita believes in order her company to succeed, education and knowledge is key.

Originally from Kentucky, Delika moved to Tennessee to obtain her degree in Business Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University.
