Our goal at Gold Rush Realty is to constantly find ways to serve our agents better without raising monthly or transaction fees. There are three commission plans to choose from to fit your lifestyle and goals. The monthly fee for each plan includes:

• Informative sales meetings
• Relevant CE classes

Commission Plans

The commission plans below differ. Choose the one best for you.
PLAN A:
$55/month, $400/transaction + FMLS fee and E&O Insurance

Example….
Sales Price:$300,000 x 3% Commission$9,000, FMLS fee:$300,000 x .0012-$360, Transaction Fee: $400, E&O $50, $8,190.00 IS YOURS!!

PLAN B:
For agents who find paying monthly dues a challenge, then this plan may be the right fit for you:

90/10 split Plan: $199/year, 10% to Gold Rush Realty + FMLS fee and E&O Insurance
Example….
Sales Price:$300,000 x 3% Commission$9,000, FMLS fee:$300,000 x .0012-$360, 10% to Broker ($900), E&O $50, $7,690.00 IS YOURS!!

PLAN C: New Agent Commission Plan

Newly Licensed? Congratulations! You’re invited to join Gold Rush Realty, LLC under the New Licensee Plan. With this plan: $199/year, the sum of .0012% of the sales price for the FMLS fee, and a 70% / 30% (Licensee / Gold Rush Realty) split until you have successfully completed 3 transactions. After successfully completing 3 transactions, you can choose between Plan A or Plan B plans above.

Commercial Transactions 90/10
