For agents who find paying monthly dues a challenge, then this plan may be the right fit for you:
90/10 split Plan: $199/year, 10% to Gold Rush Realty + FMLS fee and E&O Insurance
Sales Price:$300,000 x 3% Commission$9,000, FMLS fee:$300,000 x .0012-$360, 10% to Broker ($900), E&O $50, $7,690.00 IS YOURS!!
PLAN C: New Agent Commission Plan
Newly Licensed? Congratulations! You’re invited to join Gold Rush Realty, LLC under the New Licensee Plan. With this plan, you will pay $55 monthly fees and you will be on a 70% / 30% (Licensee / Gold Rush Realty) split until you have successfully completed 3 transactions. You will also pay the sum of .0012% of the sales price for the FMLS fee. After that, you can choose between Plan A or Plan B plans above.
