ABOUT THE BROKER

Shortly after graduating high school in New Jersey, Juayita Edd relocated to Georgia where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University.  

Juayita began her real estate career in 2003 then launching Gold Rush Realty in 2008 in Buford, Georgia. As the owner of Gold Rush Realty, Juayita believes in order for her company to succeed, education and knowledge is key. 

She takes pride in making sure she is properly equipped with the tools needed in order to provide her Clients and agents with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and service to maintain long lasting relationships.  

Juayita likes to spend her spare time reading, dancing, traveling, and hanging out with her family. In addition, she loves designing and renovating houses with her husband. 

Although, her business goal is to create a brand that stands out among others in the real estate world, Juayita believes that none of what has been created is without her spiritual foundation. She believes there is a higher power called God and through His teachings anything in life is possible. She takes nothing for granted and is thankful for family, friends, and life as a whole.
